Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AutoStuhl (“AutoStuhl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit autostuhl.com (the “Site”), request a commission, place an order, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

AutoStuhl is a brand operated by Next Level Innovations Inc., 27530 US-31, Flomaton, AL 36441, which is the entity responsible for your information and your purchase.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you give us

  • Identity & contact data — name, email address, telephone number, and delivery/billing address.
  • Order & commission data — the chair or model you configure, Signature Panel™ options, any artwork or images you upload for a custom panel, the make and model you request for a Private Commission, your message to us, and budget indications.
  • Payment data — card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Correspondence — records of your communications with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Analytics & advertising identifiers — collected via Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic and advertising performance. See Cookies & Tracking.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process, build, and deliver your commission, and to communicate with you about it (including sending quotes, freight confirmations, and secure payment links);
  • To source a genuine seat for a Private Commission and update you on progress;
  • To take payment and prevent fraud;
  • To provide customer service and honor warranty obligations;
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
  • To measure and improve our marketing, including advertising on Google and Meta platforms;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Where required by law, we rely on your consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), the performance of our contract with you (to fulfill orders), and our legitimate interests (to run and secure our business) as lawful bases for processing.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that operate our business on our behalf — including Stripe (payments), our customer-relationship and order-management platform (CRM), email/hosting providers, and white-glove freight and delivery carriers;
  • Analytics & advertising partners — Google and Meta — which may use cookies and similar technologies as described below;
  • Professional advisors and authorities where necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights, property, or safety;
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Some advertising disclosures (such as those made through the Meta Pixel or Google) may be considered “sharing” or “sale” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You may opt out — see Your Privacy Rights.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure advertising. These include:

  • Essential cookies — required for the Site and checkout to function.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, to understand traffic and usage.
  • Advertising cookies — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google tags, to measure and target advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie controls. You can opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including to complete your commission, provide warranty support, and meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Payment card data is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising. EU/UK residents

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
